Does Wings of Life have content warnings?
For those readers who might have sensitivity to certain subjects, I’d like to warn you that this book is meant for adults and contains adult topics. When can I start reading?

I wrote my first story in seventh grade. It got passed around to a few people at my school, and I remember one girl tearing up while reading it in class instead of paying attention to the teacher. After that, I was hooked.
What does your writing process look like?
I'm a decent mix of a discovering and outlining writer. I follow the policy of pausing to research when I need to, rather than doing it all up front. This means my second drafts tend to have heavy revisions to ensure my worldbuilding is consistent and I've layered in clues and fun tidbits about what's to come along the way.
What does a day in your life look like?
The day starts with getting the kids off to where they need to go for the day. After that, I decide if it's a coffee or tea day, catch up on emails and socials, then dive into my block of writing time. Sometimes it's drafting, sometimes editing, and sometimes other writing-related tasks entirely—like research, map making, or backstory and character development.
